1. Maintain excellent hygiene
- Wash your feet regularly (at least once a day, especially in summer months)
- Always dry your feet thoroughly after washing and before applying PEDITECH
2. Socks & Hosiery
- Opt for cotton-based socks as they allow air to circulate
- Experiment with different types of materials to find what suits you best
3. Shoes
- Take care of your footwear
- Try to change footwear as often as possible
- Allow your shoes to air
- When not in use, shoes should be kept in a dry environment
- Spray PEDITECH inside shoes and trainers
4. Free your feet
- Go barefoot whenever possible to give your feet plenty of fresh air and rest
