- Offer applies to residents of the UK and ROI only who are 18 years or over, except employees and their families of Passion For Life Healthcare and its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
- The purchase must be made after 01.03.2010. All applications must be received at least 8 days after purchase, and no more then 45 days after purchase.
- By taking part in this offer participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The Offer is only available to those users who have exactly followed usage instructions, most particularly Step 1 as detailed in the ActiFresh instructions which specifies daily usage for 7 consecutive days.
To claim your refund you must visit www.peditech.com/actifresh/moneyback-guarantee and:
- print and complete the application form and state (min. 15 words) why you felt the product did not achieve the expected results;
- enclose barcode tab from carton;
- attach the original till receipt (clearly showing purchase from a participating store within the promotional period).
